White beachy blouse

When I was nine, my parents and I visited New York City. My mom and I were fans of Project Runway and visited Mood Fabrics where contestants often shop for their creations. I looked at all the beautiful fabrics lining the walls and envisioned making a piece of my own. I decided to make a white blouse made from cotton and used embroidered lace trim to connect the edges of the long sleeves together. This was the first piece of fashion I had ever made while learning to use a sewing machine and was very proud of myself.
